Do you want to send a personalized thank you message to a member that volunteered? Want to send a notification to someone with important information? While you can email multiple members at anytime, you can also directly email members when you need to personalize the message or ask an important question! Here we cover:
How to send an email to a member
The Quickstart button
To get started:
1. Click the Quickstart button.
2. Select New email.
3. Search for recipients by name, shift, or tags.
4. Draft your email and click Send email when you're ready!
The Members button
To get started:
1. Click the Members button.
2. Open your options for the member you want to email.
3. Click Send email.
4. Draft your email and click Send email when you're ready!
How to email from the Schedule area
Need to send an email to a member about a shift they've registered for?
1. Go to Schedule.
2. Click the shift.
3. From here, you can either
- You can click the member to open up their profile window and email them from there.
- Check the box beside the member you wish to email and click Email selected.
- This is useful when you want to send an email to multiple members.
- Click here for more information about emailing multiple members.
- Click the message icon under the Options column for the member you wish to email.
4. Draft your email and click Send email when you're ready!
How to email from the Reporting area
See something in a report and want to notify a member about it? Maybe you need to confirm their hours or have a question about their data? You can email individual members directly from the Reporting area!
1. Go to Reporting > Members report.
2. Run the report for the dates you want to review.
